In the beautiful meadows at the beginning of 'Matkov kot' stands the Gradišnik farm. A nice location, breathtaking views of the Savinja Alps, the tidy surroundings and neat accommodation capacities will definitely please all those who like a break in a pristine environment. Among the numerous activities you can do around the farm you can try even archery, with standard targets or the 3D ones on their archery field in the forest.
The family will greet you on their peaceful location, surrounded by nature and tucked away from the main road. Here you can really breathe some fresh air, rest your eyes on the beautiful surroundings and your children can spend some lovely time with the animals or on the playground.
The whole farm was renovated in the mid 19th century and keeps the typical rustic architecture of the Upper Savinja Valley to the present day. It can accommodate up to 12 guests in 2 double rooms and 2 apartments for 4 people. The apartments are simple, have a bathroom and a living/kitchen area with a double bed and a bunk bed. The rooms and apartments are nicely equipped with wooden furniture.
There are countless possibilities for different activities throughout the year, you can even help the owners at the farm or participate in archery. The latter has a special place in the Gradišnik family, who claim this is a sport for all generations. They can teach you how to handle the arch and once you know the basics you can try your hand at the 3 km archery field in the forest with 3D targets in the shape of animals.
